Focus On What You Can Control ๐ŸŽ›๏ธ

How many times have you been worried about something that was completely out of your control? Take the weather for example. No matter how much I stress or think about the weather tomorrow, there is absolutely nothing I can do to change it. The only thing I can do is be prepared/adaptable for whatever may come. This attitude was crucial during my time as a collegiate tennis player. Whenever I stepped out onto the court my focus was on one thing and one thing only, my attitude. No matter how hard I tried, I could not control how well I played, my environment, or the adversity I would face. The only thing I had control over was my intensity and positive attitude. I'm not going to lie, school has been kicking my butt this past week (thank you physics....โš›๏ธ). As I started to overthink and go down a rabbit hole I was reminded of the importance to focus on what I can control. Life's too short to constantly worry about things that are outside of our control. Find where you can have an impact and put your efforts towards that! Plus, I don't have time to worry about all those things, I need to figure out the relationship between the permeability and driving force of potassium ions into a neuron ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿคฏ!
